The jury for the exhibition "Contemporary Landscapes 2020" chose Mascha Mioni's work "Over the Top".
Experimenting with combining photography and painting to create a unique work Mascha Mioni painted with oil on four aerial photographs of the Swiss Alps and defamiliarized them. Aerial photographs by sport pilot Carlos Rieder, Lucerne,mounted on plexiglass, 4 x 50cm x 40cm, 2019.
The exhibition at the modern Czong Institute for Contemporary Art (CICA), Seoul, South-Korea, lasts from Dec. 9 to Dec. 27, 2020 and shows creations of the following artists from all over the world:
